We’ve been experiencing such great weather recently. So it’s hard to believe that soon we will be freezing with extreme winter conditions here in Canada.
I had some yarn left after knitting a pair of mittens for my husband and needed a new winter hat. I decided to crochet one this time.
I knit quite well but only learned how to crochet and follow a pattern last winter.
It was a fairly easy pattern to follow but I’m still pleased with myself because this was the first time I followed a pattern without help.
I was also the first time crocheted something round.
It is definitely faster to crochet than to knit. I finished this hat in one one night.
