Alicia Wristlet – A Pouch To Fit In MY FRIEND’S Carry On BAg For Her Trip

Alicia Wristlet. Free Sewing Pattern.

My friend was going to Japan for about 2 years. I didn’t quite know what to get for her. Since the journey there would be a long one, I decided to make her a little bag that would hold travel sized products.

A wrist strap would be handy to easily carry it. But if she to use it without the strap, I made it removable. I added a pocket with a welted zipper to hold a few coins or maybe some tissues.

I love the Ginkgo Biloba leaf, and since she was going to the Far East, I thought it be a good embellishment. I used oil sticks but you can use the design for embroidery or appliqué or as a stencil for fabric paint.

I have since made several. It is a great way to use scrap pieces of fabrics or fat quarters.

The pockets are optional and ban be added to the back of the purse or inside to the lining or both. Measurements
